What is a 1:1 Membership?

A 1:1 Membership is a monthly membership for private sessions. It is great for anyone wanting to maintain consistency in their movement practice.

How much do 1:1 Memberships cost?

Cost is determined by two factors.

1. Length of sessions

2. Number of sessions per month

What is the difference between 1:1 Memberships & packages?

The main differences are…

1. Cost. Our memberships offer our best per session rates.

2. Billing. Memberships are billed automatically every month. Packages can be purchased anytime online or in-studio. You can review our cancellation and refund policies here.

3. Packages have a 3 month expiration date, which means you have 3 months to use all sessions from the date of purchase. Memberships are monthly, which means all sessions are used within the month.

How do I know if membership or packages are for me?

Ask yourself “Am I the type of person who reschedules or cancels sessions?” If you tend to reschedule then memberships are a great option. But if you tend to cancel then packages might be a better fit.

1:1 Memberships sound awesome, but what if I’m traveling and won’t be able to use all my sessions?

No problem, you have options.

1. Unused sessions carryover to the following month so you can keep your practice consistent. For example, say you normally do 4 sessions per month but this month can only do 3. That means next month you would do 5 sessions.

2. You can also share sessions with a family member. Maybe you have a parent or spouse that you think could really benefit from our methods. Letting them use your extra session/s is a great way to get them to it out.

3. Let’s say you’re going to be gone a month or more. Contact us and we will pause your membership during the month/s you are gone.
